At Lusvera, every product is carefully inspected and packed with love before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

❌ No Return Policy

We do not allow returns once the product has been delivered. Please review product details, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Product

We understand that rare issues can occur during transit. If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lusverabags@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video (Mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification, we may:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to availability)
  • Provide a credit note

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will not be applicable in cases of:

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failure to accept delivery

💳 Refund Process (If Approved)

If a refund is approved (only in valid cases), it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
